Annual Student Pohtoshoot

Join us on Friday, 11 April at 6pm for our annual photoshoot with Nelle Morrison!

The group photos will take place first and then we will dive into our solo shots. Bring as many costume changes as you like, and dont forget drinks and snacks!

Floor Element 2023 is back for the third year in a row!

Floor Element is back for round 3, and it is going to be bigger and better than ever!
Hosted by the Harmonie Germany Club in Canberra's Narrabundah - you can expect a comfortable seated experience, with a great view of the stage, and a bar right on hand!

This event is a combined amateur, semi-professional, and professional floorwork competition with local dancers coming together to show off their talents and compete for the winning place!
Sponsored only by local businesses so you can make new connections, discover great new products/services, mingle, eat, drink, and be entertained by our amazing performers.

The floorwork event of the year is back for 2023!

Entries are opening on Wednesday, 1 Feb 2023 and will close at midnight on Wednesday, 22 Feb 2023.

No applications will be accepted outside of these dates.

Get your friends together, and come support 1010 Dance with a fun night in the city with good drinks, and GREAT entertainment ��

This year we are holding the shoot in September, at the end of term 3 as opposed to term 4, in the hope that more people are available to attend.

Date: Saturday, 24 September 2022
Time: 11:00am - 3:00pm
Location: Transit Bar in the City (where Hogg's Breath Café used to be)

Schedule (all times are approximate)
11:15am: Group Photos
11:30am: Group Videos
(please wear Authentic Dancer leggings, if you don't own any you can either order some now or borrow from someone else)
12:00pm: Solo Videos
1:00pm onwards: Photoshoot

Costs
Participation: $10 each to 1010 Dance
Group Photos/Videos: No additional cost
Photos: (max 5): $10 each (to Ahmad)
Videos: $15 each (to Ahmad)

This will be a really fun day where we all come together and support one another. If you are not keen on doing any solo photos or videos I still strongly encourage you to attend for the group stuff and just for the fun get-together
